I'm sitting in bed on Saturday morning thinking about what to do today. I think I'll take the kids out for breakfast. It's going to be a nice weekend. I don't have any fishing planned because I have a fridge full of fluke. Oh, that reminds me - I have to vacuum freeze a lot of that fish to preserve it.

Wow - that took about an hour to bag all that fish - but now I have some fluke for the summer. I couldn't possibly have eaten all that fish on my own before it started going bad. This will keep it perfectly preserved for a few months. I know the fluke fishing is great right now but it certainly won't last forever so It's good to have some reserves. Might have been a better idea to cook it, then freeze it. But I didn't really feel like doing all that today. Maybe the next batch - if there is one. Crabs should be arriving soon too. That will open up a whole new set of food options. Looking forward to next week.
