Last night I had a couple pieces of broiled fluke over rice with a little butter and salt. I also broiled that blowfish that I caught - it was REALLY tasty. I wouldn't mind getting a bunch of them. It was small but the meat was nice and white and a little sweeter than the bass or fluke that I have been eating. I got a little variety yesterday. Pretty cool huh? Tomorrow morning I'm planning on testing out the crabbing grounds - that would be a nice Memorial Day survivor food feast - some breaded fluke and a pot of garlic crabs. That's what I'm picturing for Saturday afternoon.
